Contact
Dark Skies Atlas is one person's project — I research and write every guide myself, from reading Kp indices to checking lodge details against operator and park records. There's no customer service department behind this, just me, so a personal note may take a little longer to answer than an automated reply would, but you'll get an actual answer from someone who's read it.
How to reach me
The best way to get in touch is by email:
darkskiesatlas.akzfk@simplelogin.com
I typically respond within a few business days. Please be patient — message volume peaks around major sky events and aurora season.
What I can help with
- Corrections & updates — If you've spotted outdated information (lodge details, tour availability, site access rules), please let me know. Keeping the content accurate is my top priority.
- Questions about dark-sky travel — General questions about planning a stargazing trip, choosing gear, or reading forecasts. I'll do my best to help, though I can't always reply to every individual question in detail.
- Partnership inquiries — If you represent a lodge, observatory, dark-sky reserve, or media organisation and would like to discuss collaboration, feel free to reach out.
- Press & media — For press requests or interviews, include "Press" in the subject line of your email.
What I'm not able to help with
This is a travel information resource, not a booking service. I cannot make reservations on your behalf or resolve disputes with lodges, tour operators, or dark-sky reserves. For access and permit questions, contact the reserve or park directly.
