That isn't a mark against Uluru's sky. It just means every claim about its darkness rests on remoteness and management, not a badge, and it's worth saying plainly rather than letting the assumption slide.
The actual sky-quality picture near Uluru is more textured than 'pristine desert dark' anyway. The 2019 climb closure and stargazing done right

Uluru's climb closed permanently on 26 October 2019[10], chosen deliberately as the 34th anniversary of the 1985 handback. Climbing had never sat comfortably with Tjukurpa in the first place.
